I am... Intellectual Asset Management

The name is the thesis. We treat iconic talent IP as an asset class and manage it the way great firms manage capital: underwritten, invested, compounded, owned.

Intellectual Asset Management.

Category

The Seat That Never Existed.

A new category.

The category is new, and it deliberately claims no one's seat. An icon already has a team. I am... adds the seat that never existed: the firm responsible for your intellectual property as an asset class, and for converting it into enterprises.

We don't represent talent. We don't book work. We don't compete for the client relationship. The manager who brings a client to the table is a partner in the work, never a gatekeeper being routed around.

Qualification

Durable Enough To Build On.

Iconic is a qualification, not a flourish.

Icons hold IP durable enough to build companies on: identities that outlast news cycles, credibility that transfers into categories, audiences that follow the person rather than the platform. We're selective because the model requires it.

The why-now

Execution became rentable. Trusted demand didn't. In a world of infinite AI-generated content, a real icon is the last scarce media asset. This is an economic inversion, not a media observation.

Guardrails

What This Is Not.

Clear boundaries.

Not a healthcare company. Health is one vertical we can open, alongside music, film, sports, fashion, design, technology, gaming, products, and live experience. We’re never described by a vertical; verticals are where the work happens, we’re the system that chooses them.

Not a platform built to rent your attention, a fan-monetization play, or a media business.

Not an agency selling access, and not a startup borrowing celebrity for distribution.

Never a replacement for managers, agents, or attorneys.

We’re a firm whose product is companies.

We add a seat. We don't take one.
